Do you ship to my country?
We ship across the UK and eligible EU countries with tracked delivery. Some destinations restrict vaping products; any restrictions are shown at checkout.
Are your products genuine and compliant?
Yes — everything is sourced from authorised distributors and is TPD-compliant (10ml bottles, up to 20mg/ml). No grey imports.
How fast is delivery?
Orders are dispatched on business days once payment clears. UK typically 2–4 business days; EU typically 4–8, depending on customs.
Can I return an item?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened e-liquids, pods, coils and pouches can’t be returned unless faulty. See our Returns page.
