We want you to be happy with your order. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Unopened items
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened e-liquids, pods, coils and nicotine pouches cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to return
Email sales@vaporlanevapes.com with your order number to start a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.
